Elim Chan
The 28-year-old conductor Elim Chan won First prize in the 2014 Donatella Flick LSO Conducting Competition. She is the competition’s first female winner. Born in Hong Kong to British parents and currently studying at the University of Michigan she wins a £15,000 prize which also includes a one-year appointment as an assistant conductor with the London Symphony Orchestra.
