Australian Opera Queensland is searching for 200 women willing to take the stage more or less naked for the closing scene of Mozart’s Don Giovanni. Director Lindy Hume is aiming to take the opera into the #MeToo era. While dying, Don Giovanni will be confronted with his victims. Hume wants them as nude as possible, yet according to her, « It’s up to the women how much they want to remove. »
