Alena Hron
The South Czech Philharmonic (Jihočeská Filharmonie), based in Ceske Budejovice (Budweis), has announced Alena Hron, 31, as chief conductor from the 2024/25 season.
Alena Hron is winning favor with musicians not only at home in the Czech Republic, but also abroad.
In June 2024, she will complete her second master’s degree at the Zurich University of the Arts in the class of Johannes Schlaefli and Christoph-Mathias Mueller.
