Andres Orozco-Estrada
Colombian-born and Vienna based conductor Andrés Orozco-Estrada, 39, has extended his contract as Music Director of the Houston Symphony for three additional seasons through the 2021-22 season.
He took up the position in September 2014, becoming at the same time Chief Conductor of the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra. From the 2015/16 season, he also became the Principal Guest Conductor of the London Philharmonic Orchestra.
