Aaron Pilsan ist ein Pianist, der weiß, welche Nuancen er dem Klavier entlocken kann. Er beherrscht zudem auch sein Instrument sehr virtuos. All das genügt nicht, um die schwierig zu gestaltenden Schumann-Werke wie Kreisleriana und Geistervariationen gut zu interpretieren.
