Henk de Vliegers Wagner-Bearbeitungen haben mich noch nie begeistert. Ich halte sie nicht für besonders gut gemacht und finde, dass sie Wagners Originalorchestrierung in keiner Weise gerecht werden. Das gilt auch für diese Suite aus Tristan und Isolde, die zudem nicht besonders gut gespielt wird. Insbesondere die brüchigen und im Gesamtklang viel zu schwachen Geigen fallen dabei negativ auf.
