Russian baritone Vladimir Redkin died in Moscow, on 12 may, at the age of 65. Born in Moscow on January 8, 1956 he graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory He also studied with Giulietta Simionato in Milan. He was a soloist at Moscow’s Bolshoi from 1986- 2016. He has performed in leading opera houses, the Vienna State Opera, San Francisco Opera, Toronto, Hamburg and Barcelona.
