At the biennial competition Wigmore Hall/Bollinger International Song Competition First Prize was awarded to the 24-year-old British singer Laurence Kilsby. A student of the Curtis Institute of Music and the Royal College of Music, Kilsby was awarded first prize at the 13th Cesti Competition in August 2022.
