Ende April jährte sich zum 150. Mal der Geburtstag von Franz Lehar. Das Jubiläum, wollen die Wiener Symphoniker « gebührend feiern », teilte das Orchester heute mit. Lehar habe als Begründer der Silbernen Operettenära zu den zentralen künstlerischen Wegbegleitern des 1900 gegründeten Orchesters gezählt.
