Der 74-jährige deutsche Pianist und Dirigent Justus Frantz wäre vor drei Wochen fast an einer Blutvergiftung gestorben. Das sagte der Musiker in einem Interview mit der ‘Hamburger Morgenpost’. Nach einem Auftritt Mitte Mai im polnischen Danzig wurde er im Krankenhaus wegen einer Blutvergiftung durch den Erregers ‘Staphylococcus aureus’ behandelt, der beim Musiker eine lebensgefährliche Sepsis hervorgerufen hatte.
