Moscow Trio

At the Moscow Conservatory, the Moscow Trio was awarded a certificate of ‘Record for longevity’ of the Russian Book of Records. The ensemble consists of Russian pianist Alexander Bonduryansky, violinist Vladimir Ivanov and cellist Mikhail Utkin. Despite the local government’s threat to close the orchestra, the musicians of the Filarmonica de Gran Canaria went on strike today. Astonishingly, this strike is not backed by the Union FSC-CCOO, yet this organization has asked from the Government a ‘sensible solution’ to the strike and to avoid the closure of the Foundation.
