Das Haydn Orchester und Arvo Volmer verlängern die Zusammenarbeit über das Jahr 2016 hinaus. Der Verwaltungsrat der Stiftung Haydn von Bozen und Trient hat den Vertrag des 53-jährigen Esten als Chefdirigent für drei weitere Jahr bis 2020 unterzeichnet. Volmer wurde 2014 zum Chefdirigenten ernannt.
Germaine Tailleferre
A tram station on the new line 9 from Porte de Choisy in Paris to Orly Ville and later to Orly Airport will be called after French composer Germaine Tailleferre (1892-1983). The station will be located in Ivry-sur-Seine. Politicians speak about this project since 2010, the construction will finally begin in 2017 and the tram should be fully operational in 2020. Germaine Tailleferre was the only female member of the group of composers known as Les Six.
