Perelman had charged Carnegie Hall’s Executive and Artistic Director Clive Gillinson of malpractice in the governance of the concert hall, an independent review has proved the contrary. After the terrorist attack on the Bataclan concert hall in Paris, the French Ministry of Culture announced the creation of a support fund for concert halls.
With halls having to cancel concerts after last Friday’s terrorist attacks and looking forward to install new security measures, the fund should pay for revenue loss as well as for new structures. No criteria and no amount have yet been announced.
