Music Director Riccardo Chailly has cancelled the European tour with the Filarmonica della Scala, Milan, due to a sudden illness. His replacement is Lorenzo Viotti.
This withdrawal affects the concert at La Scala on 24 February and the European tour from 25 February to 4 March.
Filarmonica della Scala’s first tour of 2025 includes concerts at the Konzerthaus in Vienna (Feb. 25), the Béla Bártok National Concert Hall in Budapest (Feb. 26), the Philharmonie in Luxembourg (Feb. 28) and the Philharmonie de Paris (March 1), the Auditorio de Zaragoza (March 3) and the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid (March 4).
