British Chineke! Foundation, running a diversity youth orchestra has announced major changes in its internal organization. Founder of Chineke!, Chi-chi Nwanoku, has resigned from her roles as a trustee on the Board, and as Executive Director, so she can focus on the role of Artistic Director, with responsibility for the artistic vision and program.
The new Interim Managing Director is Mark Higham and Frank Douglas is now the Foundation Chair. A new Learning Manager is due to start in the Spring.
