Christoph Eschenbach

German conductor and pianist Christoph Eschenbach, 83, has been appointed as the new Artistic Director of the National Forum of Music NFM in Wroclaw, south-western Poland. He will take up his duties at the start of the 2024/25 season as successor of Giancarlo Guerrero.
The contract of Eschenbach’s previous position at the Konzerthaus in Berlin ended in 2023.
