Ten years after the passing of conductor Claudio Abbado on January 20, 2014, the city of Bologna remembers him with the dedication of a public space in the heart of the city center.
The area identified is the green area located next to the Basilica of Santo Stefano, gardens dear to him, adjacent to his home, where thousands of people gathered to pay their last respects to him on January 21 and 22 ten years ago.
