Duos für Geige und Cello spielen die Brüder Seigle mit immenser innerer Verbundenheit. Darüber hinaus laden sie auch Gäste ein wie hier die Sängerin Noëmi Waysfeld.
Mit der Sonate von Ravel und den Duetten nach Orgelstücken von Bach treten die Brüder zunächst im Duo auf und belegen dort gleich ihren persönlichen Zugang zu der Musik. Ihr Lebensmotto setzt sich aus dem Dreisprung Abenteuer, menschliche Begegnungen und Teilen zusammen. So schaffen sie unmittelbar ansprechende Interpretationen, die aber keinesfalls uniform und gewöhnlich sind. Ohne zu überdrehen, geben sie jedem Werk eine subjektive Würze, die sie auszeichnet.
Für de Fallas populäre spanische Lieder, das Kaddisch von Ravel und auch die drei Songs von Gershwin nehmen sie die Stimme von Noëmi Waysfeld mit ins Boot. Die Altistin wechselt mühelos zwischen Repertoires und Sprachen. Ihre Deutungen gestaltet sie sich abseits akademischer Schranken jeweils auf das Werk ausgerichtet. Dabei hilft ihr, dass sie mit Klassik, Jazz und jüdischer Tradition vertraut ist. Ihre tiefe, gefühlvolle Stimme entfaltet sie mit dramatischer Kraft.
Duos for violin and cello are played by the Seigle brothers with immense inner connection. In addition, they also invite guests like here the singer Noëmi Waysfeld.
With the sonata by Ravel and the duets after organ pieces by Bach, the brothers first perform as a duo, where they immediately demonstrate their personal approach to music. Their life motto is composed of the triplet adventure, human encounters and sharing. In this way they create appealing interpretations that are by no means uniform and ordinary. Without overdoing it, they give each work a subjective flavor that sets them apart.
For de Falla’s Popular Spanish Songs, Ravel’s Kaddish, and also the three songs by Gershwin, they bring in the voice of Noëmi Waysfeld. The alto effortlessly switches between repertoires and languages. She shapes her interpretations away from academic barriers, always with the work in mind. It helps that she is familiar with classical music, jazz and Jewish tradition. Her deep, soulful voice unfolds with dramatic power.
