Dina Gilbert
The Kamloops Symphony (British Columbia, Canada) has appointed Dina Gilbert as its new Music Director. Born in Québec, Gilbert has served as an assistant conductor of the Montreal Symphony Orchestra from 2013 to 2016. She is Artistic Director of the Québec based Orchestre symphonique de l’Estuaire as well as the founder and Artistic Director of the Ensemble Arkea, a Montreal-based chamber orchestra. She also has an extensive conducting activity in Europe and the United States.
