Oltea Serban-Părău, the artistic director of the Romanian Radio Orchestras and Choirs and Radio & Media Romanian Cultural Center, was sentenced to one year probation. The Romanian National Integrity Agency found that Serban-Părău has violated the law due to a conflict of interest in administrative matters. The Agency accused her for having signed 63 contracts worth ca 12,500 Euros in favour of her husband, Oprina Virgil Vasile. The decision of the 1st district of Bucharest Court is not final and can be appealed.
