Beethoven-Skulptur von Ottmar Hörl
In memory of Ludwig van Beethoven’s 250th baptismal day, an ecumenical service will be held at his historic baptismal font. The baptismal font is in the St. Remigius Church.
The service will be performed by the city dean Wolfgang Picken and superintendent Dietmar Pistorius. The musical direction is provided by regional and cathedral cantor Markus Karas. The organist Prof. Johannes Geffert, a vocal quartet formed by Lorraine Pudelko, Stefanie Zimmermann, Robert Reichinek and Andreas Petermeier and the Bonner Saxophonensemble in quartet formation with Lea Kuron, Lena Rohde, Christian Burgmann, Arnulf Marquardt-Kuron will play.
