Felipe Prazeres
The Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro has hired Brazilian conductor Felipe Prazeres, 45, as Music Director. He joined the orchestra in 2000 as violinist. He started conducting when he was 30. He is also a founding member of the Johann Sebastian Rio chamber orchestra.
