French Prime Minister Jean Castex announced yesterday evening that the reopening of concert halls and theatres is postponed by three weeks. They will not reopen before January 7th, and only if sanitary conditions allow.
The head of the French government justified his decision by specifying that « even if all these establishments have health protocols, the logic that we must follow is to avoid increasing the flow, concentration and mixing of the public ».
