After having been sued for abuse of a state of weakness towards in the case of the Swiss singer Eva Rehfuss, French Conductor Jean-Christophe Keck, 53, was sentenced Monday by the Criminal Court of Lyon with nine months suspended imprisonment and a fine of 10 000 euros. The singer had changed her will in 2008 at the age of 85 to make Jean-Christophe Keck her sole inheritor. The complaint had been filed by the singer’s son. Keck has announced his intention to appeal the judgment.
