The now abandoned project of Cité de la Musique, Geneva
The Foundation for the Cité de la Musique in Geneva has chosen the architect studios Pierre-Alain Dupraz (Geneva) and Goncalvo Byrne (Lisbon) to realize their future building. The acoustician will be Nagata Acoustics.
17 other projects were in competition. According to the press release, the winning project is a functional building for the future users, among them the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and the Music High School.
