Gustavo Dudamel
Venezuelan-born conductor Gustavo Dudamel (37) will be honoured in Hollywood with a star on the Walk of Fame on Hollywood Boulevard next 22 January, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced. Normally conferred to movie stars or directors, the Walk of Fame categories specifically include Motion Pictures, Television, Radio, Recording and Live Theatre/Live Performances. Dudamel’s star is the 2654th to be created. The ceremony will include actress Helen Hunt and composer John Williams (86) as laudators.
