The 4th edition of the Ibiza Conciertos – International Classical Music Festival will take place on 26.-28. August 2022 in Eivissa’s old town Dalt Vila.This year founder and artistic director Linus Roth invited French pianist Julien Quentin and the Schumann String Quartet. Together with Roth, they will play three concerts focused around the themes: “Reinicio”, “Todo Beethoven” and “Desde Paris con amor”. Linus Roth says: « People in Ibiza have one thing in common: the talent to enjoy life to the fullest. Playing classical music in summer on the white island is nothing more than a pleasure. »
After two years of interruption, the festival created in 2018 can take place again. Roth says: « After the two tremendously successful editions, it naturally had to be cancelled in 2020. Last year I didn´t want to accept to cancel again, so I played one concert only for solo violin to keep the concert series alive. This was important to me, as the festival and the island Ibiza are so dear to my heart! »
The Profit of all concerts will be for the benefit of The Association Ibiza and Formentera against Cancer (Ibiza y Formentera contra el Cancer).
