Japanese violinist Mayu Kishima has won the inaugural Shanghai Isaac Stern International Violin Competition. Second prize went to 2015 Joseph Joachim Violin Competition winner Sergei Dogadin (Russia), while Sirena Huang (USA) was awarded the third prize. The jury included Zakhar Bron, Boris Kuschnir and Maxim Vengerov and David Stern. The First winner, Mayu Kishima (30) is a student of Zakhar Bron!
