The Namur Chamber Choir has signed a new contract with his artistic director, Leonardo García-Alarcón, running through 2018. For this new period of collaboration, the 38 years old Argentinean conductor is getting better conditions, since the choir is joined by a totally new baroque orchestra called Millennium. Among his projects are the Requiem by Rubino, Masses by J.S. Bach, the creation of the Saint John’s Passion by Gaetano Veneziano, the Missa Santa Caecilia by Alessandro Scarlatti as well as Handel’s Coronation Anthems.
