Lucilin

The Luxembourg based ensemble for contemporary music Lucilin will boast its international activities through the 2013/14 season. It was appointed ‘Ensemble in residence’ at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. The residency comprises three concerts and workshops between November 2014 and April 2014.
Lucilin has been invited again to the Argentinean festival ‘Ciclo de concertios de musica contemporanea’. In close collaboration with local musicians, Lucilin will perform Salvatore Sciarrino’s opera ‘Quardeno Di Strada’ (3 November, Casacuberta Teatro San Martin) as well as a concert with works by Morton Feldman and the luxembourgish composer Marcel Reuter, 4 November, Teatro San Martin).
In addition, Lucilin is planning a tour to Japan. Besides some other concerts, the ensemble will perform Toshio Hosokawa’s ‘The Raven’ at the Takefu in Hiroshima.
