The Minnesota Opera president and executive director, Kevin Ramach, resigned unexpectedly on Thursday. In a company announcement he says that he wants to return to his « creative interests ». The company quickly appointed Nina Archabal, director and historic preservation officer of the Minnesota Historical Society from 1987 to 2011, as interim general director.
