In the last decade Luxembourgian composers have written a vivid body of orchestral music that takes in a wide range of inspirations. Next month, Naxos is launching a series of three CDs with works from Luxembourgish composers Ivan Boumans, Roland Wiltgen, Marco Pütz Jeannot Sanavia and Tatsiana Zelenka. The music is played by Solistes Européens, Luxembourg conducted by its Music Director Christoph König.
