Peter Dijkstra remains chief conductor of the Nederlands Kamerkoor. The collaboration between the choir and Dijkstra (1978) has been extended for three years, until September 2028, with an option for a further two years. He has held the position of Chief Conductor since 2015, and before that was the orchestra’s first guest conductor for an extended period.
