The Metin New York has experienced a serious cyberattack that has heavily impacted their network systems. The website is still down, with just a short explanation, according to which website, box office, and call center were attacked. The Met says: « All performances will take place as scheduled; however, at this time we are unable to process new ticket orders or facilitate exchanges and refunds. Once normal operations have resumed, we will honor all refunds and exchanges that we have been unable to process during this period.
