British violinist Stephen Morris inadvertently left his 310-year-old violin, a David Tecchler from 1709, on a train. According to British media he was on the London to Orpington service on the 22nd of October, got out at Penge East with his bike, but forgot his violin worth almost € 300.000. He had been playing with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. The train company and the police are searching for the violin since a week now. Morris is the last one of a long list of musicians who forgot their instruments on a train or a bus.
