Der polnische Pianist Krystian Zimerman hat am Montagabend beim Klavierfestival Ruhr in Essen sein Konzert unterbrochen, weil er im Publikum einen Mann sah, der ihn mit seinem Smartphone filmte. « Würden Sie das bitte lassen », sagte der Pianist, spielte zunächst weiter, konnte sich aber nicht mehr konzentrieren und verließ verärgert mitten im Stück die Bühne. Er setzte sein Konzert nach der Pause fort, gab jedoch keine Zugabe und erschien nicht beim Empfang nach dem Konzert.
