Das erste Finale des diesjährigen  ARD Musikwettbewerbs ist entschieden: Im Fach Klavierduo ging ein erster Preis an das Geister Duo aus Frankreich (David Salmon / Manuel Vieillard), einen zweiten Preis erhielten jeweils das kanadische Duo La Fiammata und das Melnikova-Morozova Duo aus Russland. Einen dritten Preis sowie den Publikumspreis erspielte sich das japanische Duo Sakamoto.
