Die Autographenhandlung J.A.Stargardt versteigert ein kürzlich aufgetauchtes Musikmanuskript, das der Forschung bislang unbekannt geblieben ist. Fabio Luisi
The NHK Symphony Orchestra in Tokyo has announced that Italian conductor Fabio Luisi, 62, will become its new chief conductor from September 2022. Luisi will enter a three-year contract with NHK’s orchestra from September next year. Prior to that, the orchestra plans to invite him to lead concerts in Japan from November this year. Amsterdam’s Concertgebouworkest will give a live concert as part of a nationally organized series of pilot concerts and events, aimed at a safe and phased reopening of the cultural sector. Die für den Monat Mai geplanten Schwetzinger Festspiele werden wegen COVID-19 in den Herbst verschoben, teilte der Veranstalter mit. Für Oktober sind 21 Veranstaltungen geplant, darunter die Residenzen des Bratschisten Nils Mönkemeyer und der Capella de la Torre. Einige der geplanten Konzerte soll dennoch im Mai stattfinden, allerdings ohne Publikum und nur in Form von Radiokonzerten.
