In Moscow, three music schools are to be closed because their buildings will to be demolished to build a new State run sports complex. This would leave about 1000 children and students without musical education. Now, the parents of the pupils of the three music schools signed a petition to the Russian president Vladimir Putin with a request not to close these educational institutions.
