The theme chosen by René Martin for the 21th Folle Journée in Nantes and subsequently for the 13th edition of the festival in the region Pays de la Loire is Passion Of Heart And Soul, explored in various expressions and in a large repertoire of profane et sacred music, from early baroque until the beginning of the 20th Century, from Monteverdi to Schönberg.
