With a festive concert ’50 Years Radio France, the choir ‘Maîtrise de Radio France’ and the French National Orchestra inaugurate tonight at 8 p.m. the renovated Studio 104 at ‘Maison de Radio France’ in Paris. This legendary concert hall which is also called ‘Salle Olivier Messiaen’ was closed since September 2010 for renovation. The hall was initially opened in 1963 and hosted numerous exceptional concerts. It can seat 850 people.
Tonight’s concert with works by Dutilleux and Stravinsky will be broadcast live on all radio programs of Radio France (except France Info) as well as in the Internet (use this link).
