Riccardo Frizza
Italian conductor Riccardo Frizza, 52, has been appointed as the new Artistic Director of the Donizetti Opera Festival in Bergamo, Italy. Frizza’s appointment by the Board of the Fondazione Teatro Donizetti reflects his fruitful partnership with the festival, of which he has served as Music Director since 2017.
Frizza is also Chief Conductor of the Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and Choir.
