Before starting its 80^th season, the Louisville Orchestra (Kentucky) announced a three-year contract agreement with the musicians, which is set to run through May 31, 2020. The new contract includes a salary increase of five percent in the first year, which will be followed by increases of three percent for years two and three. As a result, musicians will have a base salary of $37,167.
