The Kursaal, the main concert hall in San Sebastian, Spain, has announced a turnover of 3.6 million in 2017, 6.4% higher than the target set, reaching, according to the house, in 2017 a new historical record of operating cash surplus, which reaches the 926,320 euros, 5.7% higher than the previous year. The Kursaal’s own programming has managed to increase the number of concert attendees by 20% in 2017 and once again raise the average attendance to 81% of the capacity, the press release says.
