Semyon Bychkov suffers from an inflamed hip und had to cancel all activities for at least six weeks. This will affect above all the European Union Youth Orchestra EUYO with performances at the Grafenegg Festival, the BBC Proms, in Bolzano and Kassel, as well as the first ever European Music Campus, developed in conjunction with the EUYO in Grafenegg, the Orchestra’s Summer Home and Principal Venue Partner. EUYO has hired Vasily Petrenko, the conductor for the second half of the EUYO 2014 Summer Tour to take over the first part as well.
