As of July 1, 2022, Thomas Lauriot dit Prévost will leave his position as General Director of the General Director of the Théâtre du Châtelet after five years in its service, to pursue other professional projects, a press release says. Frédéric Ivernel, currently Director of the Human Resources Department, will be administrator of the theatre until the appointment of a new artistic director.
Thomas Lauriot dit Prévost was appointed in 2017 together with Ruth Mackenzie for a dual leadership, yet Mackenzie was fired in 2020.
