Universal Music Group announced that it has now completed the acquisition of the remaining 51% of shares from [PIAS]. UMG had acquired 49% of [PIAS] in 2022, following a “strategic alliance” inked between the companies the prior year. The [PIAS] Label Group owns the classical label Harmonia Mundi.
