Antonio Vivaldi schrieb über 30 Konzerte für Fagott und Ensemble. Die japanische Fagottistin Miho Fukui präsentiert nach bereits zwei Alben eine weitere Auswahl von insgesamt zwei Konzerten, zusätzlich ein Konzert für Streicher, eine Sinfonia und mehrere Bassarien, in denen Dominik Wörner mit seiner kernigen, sonoren und wendigen Bassstimme brilliert.
Miho Fukui spielt virtuos und schwungvoll, das Ensemble F, das auf historischen Instrumenten spielt, begleitet ausdrucksvoll und rhetorisch.
Antonio Vivaldi wrote more than 30 concertos for bassoon and ensemble. After two albums, the Japanese bassoonist Miho Fukui presents a further selection of two concertos, a concerto for strings, a sinfonia and several bass arias, in which Dominik Wörner shines with his robust, sonorous and agile bass voice.
Miho Fukui plays with virtuosity and verve, while Ensemble F, using period instruments, provides expressive and rhetorical accompaniment.
