The Moscow audience will be able to see Kirill Serebrennikov’s Nureyev production in 2017, Russian agency RIA says. Bolshoi’s General Manager Vladimir Urin had cancelled the premiere of the piece, explaining that the production was not ready. Then he postponed it to 2018. Now, with Serebrennikov under house arrest, Urin said, he would hire some better performers and then show the ballet in 2017, without giving an exact date.
