Japanese violinist Yuki Hirano (*2004) has won First Prize at the 7th International Jascha Heifetz Competition for Violinists in Vilnius.
Chinese Jinzhu Li won 2nd Prize, Chaeyeon Lee (South Korea) 3rd Prize. Yuki Hirano was also awarded a Special Prize for the best performance of Jascha Heifetz’s transcription, the Special Prize of the Lithuanian National Symphonic Orchestra as well as several Concert prizes.
